• AIFC participants / AIFC Bodies may attract foreign staff without due special work permits.
• Work visas for foreign employees of AIFC Bodies and their family members are issued for up to five years.
• Visa issuance/extension/change of category/cancellation can be done without the requirement to leave the country.
• A visa can be issued upon arrival at Astana and Almaty airports.
